Pre-Law Undergraduate Programs at 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ×Â
This accelerated program allows eligible students to complete their bachelor's and J.D. degrees in six years instead of seven. You’ll get a jump start on your Pre-Law path by integrating law courses into your undergraduate studies and completing undergraduate requirements in your first year of law school. Pre-Law Degree Requirements
Students participating in the Pre-Law 4+3 pathway have the assurance of guaranteed admission to the Roger Williams University School of Law as a full-time undergraduate student at 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ×. The 4+3 program accepts 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× students across all majors, who meet the eligibility criteria below for law school admission.
3+3 vs 4+3: Choosing Your Pre-Law Path
- Choose 4+3 if you want the full four-year campus experience and a guaranteed, well-paced path to 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Law.
- Choose 3+3 if you’re academically accelerated and ready to start law school in your fourth undergraduate year to finish both degrees in six years.
Eligibility Requirements
Students may select and pursue any undergraduate major. That means that you can major in any discipline at 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× and still be eligible for guaranteed admission to our nationally recognized law school. You must meet one of the following criteria for eligibility:
- Any currently enrolled, full-time undergraduate student at 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ×. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.30 and have received an LSAT score of 147 or higher.
- Any 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× alum (or those with pending graduation status) who have earned a B.A./B.S. within the past two years and have received an LSAT score of 147 or higher.
- Any student who has completed at least 50 percent of their credits at Roger Williams University or has earned an associate degree from an accredited community college. 
- Individuals who have received an LSAT score of 147 or higher and applied to the 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× School of Law by February 1.
